These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at http://patrickwindowcleaning.com/ (the “Site”), and any related services, including window washing and other cleaning services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Acceptance of TermsBy accepting an estimate or accessing the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Use of the SiteYou agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:
   • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
   • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
   • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site.
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services if you violate these Terms.
3. Service Bookings and Estimatesa. Booking ProcessWhen you book a service through our Site or accept an estimate, you will be asked to provide certain information, including your name, address, contact details, and payment information. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.b. Estimates
   • We reserve the right to change the price on “estimates sight unseen” if the scope of work differs upon inspection.
   • All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to revision upon physical inspection.
   c. Pricing and Payment
   • All prices for services are listed on the Site or provided in the estimate and are subject to change.
   • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
   • After 10 days past due, a 10% late fee will be added to your invoice.
   • We accept various forms of payment, which are specified on the Site.
   d. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
   • Cancelling or rescheduling any service within 24 hours will result in a $75 fee.
   • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking at our discretion.
4. Service Termsa. Service Guarantee
   • We aim to provide high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 72 hours of the service date.
   • Your satisfaction is guaranteed as we will re-clean or touch up any cleaning service if the complaint is received within this timeframe.
   • We offer a 30-day rain guarantee on our window cleaning service.
   b. Customer Responsibilities
   • Access and Preparation:
     • You agree to provide us with access to your property and ensure that all obstacles are removed from the service areas.
     • Patrick Pro Wash will have access and use of the customer’s water supply. Additional charges apply for transporting water.
     • Removal and replacement of deck furniture or other items is the customer’s responsibility. An additional charge may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.
   • Safety:
     • Pets, children, and other individuals will be kept away from the work area.
     • We will not clean any windows, gutters, or areas of the home that we consider to be inaccessible or unsafe. Please do not ask our technicians to carry out unsafe working practices.
   • Property Condition:
     • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items/property to be cleaned are structurally sound prior to cleaning.
     • Electrical boxes, doors, and windows shall be watertight. Patrick Pro Wash is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items, doors, or windows.
     • We are not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or open windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders, and improper caulking.
   c. Service Limitations
   • Cleaning Results:
     • Some stains (rust, oxidation, fallout, deep oil stains) cannot be removed by power washing and/or soft washing. Restoration services may be needed at an additional charge.
     • Exterior wood stains may become lightened after a house wash from the cleaning solution. While we take precautions, there is no guarantee.
     • The appearance of concrete depends on several factors linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. Cleaning may reveal imperfections previously covered by pollutants and stains.
   • Windows and Gutters:
     • Window cleaning is not included with a house wash service. Although windows are thoroughly rinsed during a house wash, we do not guarantee spot-free or streak-free results.
     • Gutter cleaning is restricted to just the gutters and does not include the removal, repair, or replacement of any part of the downspouts.
   • Dryer Vents:
     • Dryer vents must be intact and without damage to clean properly. Additional charges will apply for any repairs.
     • Dryer vents will be cleaned from the outside termination to the flex hose/back of dryer. We do not disassemble dryers for cleaning. Additional charges apply to vacuum out dryer lint traps.
5. Weather Policy
   • Scheduling may be affected by rain, thunderstorms, or other inclement weather. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services promptly.
6. Intellectual PropertyThe Site, its content, and all intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Patrick Pro Wash. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Patrick Pro Wash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services, or from any actions we take in connection with these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patrick Pro Wash, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be resolved in the courts of Parker County, Texas.
